Upon request, dishes for those with food intolerances are prepared (basic packaged food provided at meals), which must be indicated at the time of booking and are subject to confirmation (the establishment does not have a separate kitchen area for celiac preparation).

We have developed an application to make it easier for you to access information about the various services available at the hotel. You will be able to log into the app using the access code you will receive a few days before your stay. With TH World, you can browse the restaurant menu, book all available activities and services, such as access to the pool, find out about SPA treatments, request the packed lunch service, and reserve your sports equipment before your arrival.
TH 1400 welcomes small four-legged friends (up to 10kg). It’s important that they are up to date with vaccinations and walk on a leash within the hotel. The TH World App will indicate the area where we recommend taking them for their needs. Pets are not allowed in the restaurant or pool area. In your room, in addition to a bed and bowls, a sign will be available to hang on the door to inform housekeeping of your pet’s presence. You can also arrange with your housekeeper for a convenient time to clean the room
